Magic Leap Concept Hardware
Transformed raw CAD models into polished, animated 3D visuals for internal presentations and product reveal spots. Handled all aspects of production—lighting, texturing, rendering, and animation—to bring early hardware concepts to life. This work set the visual foundation for future renders across the product ecosystem, including software interfaces, system settings, and interaction models.

Magic Leap Light Story
Light Story is the LED pattern system designed for Magic Leap’s hardware, used to communicate states like charging, pairing, and power. I began with 2D designs and progressed to high-fidelity motion comps, building a flexible workflow that made updates quick and provided engineering with clear visual references during development.

Snapdragon XR1
I designed the UI for Qualcomm’s Snapdragon XR1 AR headset, focusing on bridging traditional 2D interfaces with immersive spatial interactions. My work included concept development, wireframes, and production-ready visuals, creating a system that felt intuitive in 3D space while remaining accessible to first-time AR users.

A.R. Muesum Diorama
The AR Museum was an interactive demonstration that showcased various use cases in augmented reality. I was responsible for designing the language, environments, and scenes, developing animatics, and providing detailed visual references to guide both animation and engineering. My goal was to ensure that the final experience was cohesive and high-fidelity.

Snapdragon G3 Handheld
I designed the user interface for Qualcomm’s Snapdragon G3x Handheld Gaming Developer Kit, powered by the first-generation Snapdragon G3x. The UI emphasized Snapdragon’s cutting-edge gaming technology while maintaining a bold, cohesive visual identity aligned with Qualcomm’s brand.

software ui
Throughout my seven years at Magic Leap, I consistently supported cross-disciplinary teams, contributing to a wide range of visual and interface-related challenges. I worked closely with engineering on LED design and partnered with various departments to ensure cohesive, functional solutions. One colleague once referred to me as the "service bureau for UI"—a reflection of my adaptability and collaborative approach.

AR Concepts
I developed a series of conceptual AR use cases by combining live-action footage with motion design to create first-person experiences. These explorations visualized how augmented reality could enhance everyday interactions, using tools like After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. This body of work ultimately led to my role at Magic Leap.

Alien
Inspired by the creatures of Land of the Lost, this alien portrait began as a rough sketch, evolved through MidJourney prompts, and was meticulously overpainted for form and mood. Atmospheric caustics, fog, and animated eyes were added in After Effects to bring the character to life.

Astronaut
I wanted to create a "Future UI" HUD on an astronauts helmet. The design and animation of the HUD was done in After Effects.
